Short answer: Unlock Money plan requests are not automatically approved. Each request can require payment verification, account checks, eligibility review and administrative approval.

- The customer submits a plan request in the official app.

- The admin team updates the request status.
- The customer tracks the final status in the app.
Why approval may be delayed
Approval may take longer if payment details are unclear, account information does not match, support needs more information, or the requested service is temporarily unavailable.
If a request is rejected
Read the displayed reason when available and contact support with your registered details, request date and payment reference. Refund or cancellation questions are handled under the published refund policy.
