How Unlock Money Works
Unlock Money helps customers manage service-plan requests, approved rewards, redemptions, recharge service credit requests, shopping features, referrals, and support tickets in one Android app.
1. Customer account and verification
Customers use the Unlock Money app to manage their account details and submit requests. Activity such as service plans, rewards, redemptions, recharge requests, and support tickets may require verification and admin review.
2. Service-plan request flow
A customer can submit a service-plan request through the app. Approval depends on eligibility, payment verification, account review, and company policy. Customers should check app status and official support messages for updates.
3. Rewards and redemptions
Rewards and redemption information is shown inside eligible customer accounts. Availability, approval, balance, processing time, and fulfillment depend on company policy and verification.
4. Recharge and shopping support
Eligible users can submit mobile or DTH recharge service credit requests and shopping-related requests. Requests are reviewed before processing and may depend on service availability, account status, and support policy.
