Terms and conditions for using the Unlock Money app and services.
Important disclaimer: Promo credits are subject to service-plan approval and company policy. Unlock Money is not an investment, deposit, lending, securities, or assured-return service. It is a customer service-plan management and promotional service credit app. Promotional credits depend on approval, displayed service-plan rules, and company policy.
Use of Service
- Unlock Money is a customer account, service-plan management, promo credit tracking, support, and service credit request app operated by SM Infotech Solutions.
- Unlock Money does not offer investment advice, securities products, deposits, loans, lending, assured returns, guaranteed income, or cash withdrawal services.
- Customers must provide correct name, mobile number, payment details, and verified account details. False, duplicate, or misleading information may lead to account hold, request rejection, or account closure.
- Customers must review all service-plan details, pricing, promo credit rules, service limits, and policies before making payment.
Payments and Approval
- Payments are accepted only for service plans or approved services shown in the app or official website.
- Payment completion does not by itself confirm service-plan activation. Activation depends on successful payment verification and admin approval.
- SM Infotech Solutions may hold, reject, reverse, or adjust any request where fraud, abuse, payment mismatch, technical error, policy violation, or legal requirement is detected.
Recharge Service Credit Use
- Customers may use available approved promotional service credits for eligible mobile or DTH recharge requests shown in the app.
- Recharge requests are subject to available service credit balance, mobile verification, operator or service availability, admin review, and company policy.
- Recharge requests are not cash withdrawal requests and are processed only as eligible app service requests after review.
Shop Coming Soon
- Shop is currently a planned feature. When available, it may allow customers to view eligible products, offers, or services inside the app.
- Product or service availability, pricing, delivery timelines, cancellation, replacement, refund eligibility, and support rules will be shown in the app or official website before customer confirmation.
- Shop availability may be introduced, changed, paused, or removed for operational, supplier, compliance, or business reasons.
Changes and Support
- Features, pricing, offers, limits, and service availability may be updated for operational, compliance, security, or business reasons.
