Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for Unlock Money payments and service-plan requests.
Cancellation
- Customers should review service-plan details, amount, promo credit rules, and request limits before making payment.
- A payment request cannot be cancelled after service-plan activation or service delivery has started in the app, except where required by law or approved by business review.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund may be considered for duplicate payment, failed service activation after confirmed debit, wrong service-plan activation, payment mismatch, unauthorized duplicate debit, or another valid case approved by SM Infotech Solutions.
- Refund may be rejected if payment cannot be verified, service has already been correctly activated, incorrect information is provided, or misuse/fraud is detected.
- Refunds are not investment returns, interest, profit, income, or cash withdrawal claims.
Refund Process and Timeline
- Refund requests must be raised through Support with registered mobile number, transaction ID, payment date, payer details, and payment screenshot.
- Refund review may take up to 7 working days after receiving complete information.
- Approved refunds may take an additional 5 to 10 working days to reflect depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
- Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment source. Where this is not possible, refund may be processed to verified customer account details after verification.
Recharge and Shop Requests
- Recharge requests are reviewed as service credit utilization requests and are subject to available approved service credit balance, correct details, service availability, and admin review.
- If a recharge request is not processed, the service credit adjustment may be reversed or corrected as per support review and company policy.
- Shop is currently coming soon. If Shop is enabled later, cancellation, replacement, and refund rules will depend on the product or service terms shown before customer confirmation.
