Shipping and digital service delivery policy for Unlock Money.
No Physical Shipping
Unlock Money does not sell or ship physical goods through courier or postal delivery. There are no physical shipping charges for the app service.
Digital Delivery
- The service is delivered digitally through the Unlock Money app and official website.
- After successful payment verification and admin approval, the customer account is updated inside the app with plan status, promo credit tracking, support access, and service credit request features.
- Activation timelines may depend on payment confirmation, admin verification, holidays, technical issues, fraud checks, and compliance review.
Recharge Delivery
- Eligible mobile or DTH recharge requests may be submitted from the app using available approved promotional service credits.
- Recharge processing depends on available service credit balance, correct customer details, operator or service availability, admin review, and company policy.
- If a recharge request cannot be processed, the request may be rejected, held for correction, or handled through customer support as per app policy.
Future Shop Delivery
- Shop is a coming soon feature. If enabled, product, offer, or service delivery rules will depend on the specific item or service displayed at the time of customer confirmation.
- Digital services may be delivered inside the app. Physical product delivery, if introduced later, will show applicable address, delivery timeline, cancellation, replacement, and support terms before order confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If payment is debited but the plan is not activated, the customer should raise a support ticket with transaction ID, payer details, and payment screenshot for verification.
